Not enough movement, in my opinion. I have 2 Vortech's in a 56G (3000 GPH each). They shouldn't be making bubbles unless you're using the venturi's for some reason.

Also... if you drill the hole only as big as it needs to be for the bulkhead to fit, stretching (if any) won't effect performance.

Rubbermaid's have been used with bulkheads...
Rubbermaid's have been used with bulkheads successfully by LOTS of people for water holding. I'm using one for R/O top off, always full of water, with a bulkhead, and no leaks for months.
