I bought 3 peppermint shrimp one was DOA in the bag. I was surprised because this was a very good reef specialty LFS. I'll get a third this afternoon.

They now have little spiral looking shells. Pretty sure they aren't coraline because I have that growth as well on the back. Probably a thousand against the backdrop and there are some on my rocks...

Yikes I don't like that considering the amount of water those things hold. I would add plywood to the top of the thing and add a nice trim to paint any color you wish to cover up the plywood.

Good mail order base rock other than marco.
