How do I calculate head loss through a chiller?
I'm think of reworking my return pump through my chiller, rather than as a "split" that returns to my sump. I'm not getting enough volume through the chiller that way.

How do I know if my Chiller is still as efficient as it could be...my bill was through the roof last month and nothing is different other than I lowered my chiller 1 degree from 81 to 80degrees.

Thanks guys. Yes, it's Valonia...they get HUGE in my tank.
The wood is maple. The stain is "Rosewood" and I used 3 coats to get it that dark, then 3 coats of polyurethane over that.
