I think it is a personal preference and the design of the tank. T5s have been out long enough to prove that they can grow SPS successfully. Each has their plusses and minues.

I think the strawberry would be fine with high flow. The thing I would worry about is the strawberry getting aggressive with the blenny. I had a strawberry and he was a very aggressive fish.

I have a 300W inline Hydor heater on my 75 gallon freshwater tank. Best heater I have ever owned. Temperature control is very solid. It uses 5/8" tubing for the inlet and outlet.
