Some "say" H. Comes are nocturnal. I've got a pair and the male never moves at night, but the female cruises the tank, so who knows?

Pots get to be 12 inches long, the minimum recommended tank for pots is 55 gallons. They truly are large horses. You'd be better off with some breviceps if you can find them.

I'm sure they do, but I don't know any smaller than rotifers. That's what we were feeding them. We've been successful at raising clownfish, but no luck with the jawfish.

Has anyone been successful in breeding this jawfish? Our male actually had eggs and they hatched, but we were unable to keep any of the babies alive.

We have been successful at raising perculas...

If you get a lovebird make sure it's hand-fed and only get one. If you get two they will bond to each other and have nothing to do with you or your children. Also, lovebirds require daily attention...
