What year was that map made. In CA, yeah we start out at .12 per KWH but can go up to $0.34 per KWH depending on what tier you're in useage wise. I myself am always in the 4th tier paying over $0.30...

IMO I think everything is going to love this light even SPS. Did you notice any difference with anything in the short time that you had it up and running.
