After my main tank broke last month, I picked up a 75g. I have since combined all of my tanks into this new one. I currently have about 90lbs of rock in the main tank with about 20lbs in the sump/fuge. Also I have dicontinued the use of my basement sump/ fishroom as this new tank is on the 2nd floor. Skimmer is my trusty massively oversized diy beckett running off of a 1900gph Little Giant. Return is mag5, closed loop mag9, with two maximods in the back corners. Sump is custom diy acrylic 37gal with 8g fuge. Diy calcium reactor holds app 8lbs media(currently not running until system requires it) Lighting consists of (4) ODNO , 2 6500k, 1 actinic, and 1 plant/aquarium.:eek1: :strooper: Now remember that I have been doing this for a long time, so don't start on the lighting. This works remarkably well and the plant bulb gives corals an unbelievable color. Everything in my system grew better under this type of lighting than 250w mh ever did. You just have to keep on top of water quality and coral placement.
I converted my 65g to a freshwater planted tank (currently cycling) and as for the 360g...the tank will be sitting around until I get the addition put on the house (hopefully middle of next year) I had an unexpected funeral to pay for this year so things didn't go as planned. That monster will be a FOWLR or possibly mixed, will decide on that later on.
Maybe I will get around to taking a few pics this week.
