I got them from Drs.Foster and Smith and the Leng Sy Cap and the Nuclear Green from a reefer in CA.

that last one is not a Stylophora, it is an acro of some kind.

Hi Dippin,

Well I am still waiting on the color changes to be sure, I can tell you that is what I ordered from LA. 4 and 5 may be backwards, not sure yet. Waiting to see the polyps of number 5 (to see if it is green).
You really think number 6 is wrong?

I just looked on the net and I agree, 6 is not a Stylophora. The papers say Nuclear Green sp. so that is some other sort of an Acro. Not sure on the whole SPS thing yet..

I wish when you buy several corals that people would label whats in the bag.. Maybe the point is too find out?

yeh. if anything i would say 4 and 5 are backwards. that would make it a better ID.

yeh the last the sp. just means species i think. Meaning they dont know the exact species. Like someone would call an unknown acro an "Acropora sp."

HTH

oh btw.. great lookin pieces

No. 6 is a Nuclear Green Acropora, found one on reeffarmer

Maybe i got it right this time? Cant wait for the Leng Sy Cap to grow out some.
