Its amazing how in this hobby it takes months/years of good husbandry to achieve perfection but it only takes a couple seconds for total destruction!!

I was thinking the same thing. Even though Premium membership makes up only 3 percent, I would have to believe there is a large percentage who create a username and maybe log on once or twice and then never log on again. Do you periodically sweep the user database for inactive users? How many active users are there? I guess what is considered "active" can be a subjective topic but lets say a user who logs in at least once a month?

I doubt that happens, but if you have a day or two to spare, you could click on the Members button and you will fin 100s who have never posted, some 3 or 4 years ago

These could have been sellers before the changes took place last year or lounge lizards.

Some numbers you can get easily from the members page:

47900 members with no posts

26500 members with posts last year
5800 current active members (100 posts with post in last three months)
900 current heavy posters (1000 posts with post in last three months)
70 current Ă¼ber posters (5000 posts with post in last three months)

28800 deactivated members (a post but no new posts in last 6 months)
2700 left active members (100 posts but no posts in last 6 months)
200 left heavy posters

I'm not exactly sure where you're getting some of those numbers as they're just plain wrong....
