Could it be. . . .?

Flatworms? I've never seen them in person and the search function is not up. I just bought this today and put it in QT, the 2 small purple brown oval shapes on the mushroom, think they're flatworms? They don't seem like they should be a part of the shroom.

Could be flatworms. Try taking a small siphon to the mushroom and gently try siphoning them out. If they detatch easily, it may be flatworms.

Looks like you might be right. I would take the corals out and rise them in your tank water. High water flow also helps.
