Isn't there a surcharge for the item being oversized? Looks like restrictions apply and the restriction is a $13.00 surcharge.

Yeah, but PetsMart won't lug it to the door for you and besides you save about $20 in fuel to keep from having to go to the store.

Think you got lucky ToddG. I see it even says on the pagr that there will be a $13 surcharge to ship Standard to Continental U.S..
