Pinktail and mated pair of blue throat
I set up a new 180 gallon tank about three weeks ago and after my water conditions reached ideal condition, I bought a beautiful mated pair of blue throat triggers. I have a pink tail in my 55 gallon and had planned on putting him in the 180 with my lion and porcupine puffer. My question is do you think the pink tail and the blue throats will get along? Is the 180 gallon enough space for them to have their own territories.

they would probably get along. Just give them lots of hiding places cause 3 triggers is alot for a 180. I hope you get as mutch enjoyment out of your pinktail trigger as i did with mine.

I doubt you will have problems as these are not particularly aggressive species of triggers.

Thanks for the opinions, I'll move him to the 180 this weekend.

Yep both are the more peaceful types of triggers.

I'll post some pictures by the middle of next week. My boss is on the road with the office digital camera. I don't own a personal digital camera. Thanks for the advice.
