I don't really know much about the OST but the yellow will be fine in a 75. The naso, however, gets way too large for a 4' wide tank.

I was thinking it's okay to add different tangs providing they are from different regions?

I have had a few different tangs in my tank together.
Long as they don't have the same body style..you should be ok. Otherwise, its best to have them in groups of 3 or more.

Well i know the tang police will hate me but I have a Yellow and a Naso together in a 75 gallon setup that is similiar to tonym10. They are doing very well and play and swim together all the time. Oh and as a side note, the Yellow was in the tank long before the Naso. HTH

I think yellows are bullies. I have one with a blue.

After seeing some truly GOLIATH-sized nasos on a natural reef, I no longer consider this fish for keeping in a tank. Easily 18-20"....

Good chance of the yellow and the sailfin fighting. I had to remove my yellow for that reason.

I have an 8' tank and wouldn't even dream of putting a naso in there.

Orange shoulders get quite large way to big for a 75. Maybe you could try a kole, convict, chocolate, atalantic blue or maybe even a whitecheeck?

FYI,
The Orange Shoulder is a Acanthurus olivaceous, not a Naso.

Re: Tangs together

I've got a sailfin with a yellow in a 90 and they are best budies. Always hang out together. Fought just a little when the sailfin was added, but he just sort of ignored the yellow's attacks and the yellow finally gave up and played nice.

I saw five yellow tangs at the lfs yesterday inside a ten gallon holding tank.

And there were all searching the rock inside for algae...

hmmmm....

While yellow tangs are bullies once they become familiar with a tank, I have had a yellow tang and a sailfin tang in my tank for over a year now, at first the yt was a bit of a bully, but now they get along just fine.

While my Red-Sea Sailfin isnt very friendly to other tangs, i am hoping he wont bother an orange shoulder when added.
