Three ID's please - with pics

1) Algae - growing like crazy, doubled in size in about 72 hours !!!

2) Anemone??? - it's on the back glass of the tank, it's white (in real life) it went darker when I tried to sharpen the picture

3) More anemone like things (circled)on a piece of old coral fragment (aptasia???)

It indeed may be Aiptasia. I had similar algae when I first started the tank, but has been overgrown by more invasive species.

The last two are aiptasia here is a good article about it

The first one is some type of algae, I would remove as much as I could and do some water changes.

Last two are aiptasia and so is the middle one in all likelihood. Kill them now. Plenty of articles here on how to do that.

I'd like to try a natural erradication of the astpasia.

Would a peppermint shrimp be OK with my 2 cleaners.

I don't really want to add another fish for a month or so until the tanks a bit more established.

Suit yourself. But if you want to try Joe's Juice (if it sells in the UK - I don't know) or kalk paste w/ vinegar, you're not going to hurt anything. For three aiptasia, we're talking less than a thimble full and it won't shock your tank.

I have a peppermint shrimp that loves aiptasia. But not all of them do. I would try joes juice for just three of them.

I use it and like it. You have to "feed" it to the aiptasia just like the directions say and a tiny amount will kill the aiptasia. Don't just squirt a glob of it real fast. That won't eliminate the aiptasia permanently.

The problem is aiptasia are like roaches. For every one you see, you probably have many more that you don't see.

There's about 5 of them all on the same piece of rock, plus the other suspect on the back glass.

I'd take that rock out and vinegar them but it's also got a peanut worm and some other as yet to be big enough to photgraph life on it.

As long as a tang is in your pretty immediate future you can keep the caulerpa there, but caulerpa takes over just like hair algae does, pretty quickly. But if you're gonna have a tang or two it would be fine I think.

Going on holiday in a fortnight and don't trust the kids with additional the feeding duties another fish would bring

I don't think it'd be too bad. That caulerpa looks like it's growing away from the rock so if it gets out of hand you can just rip some of it out.

ya as long as you can keep it in check it's not bad. I like having a lil macro in my tank, the green makes the tank look more natural.
