Technical Question: Spectra of URI (or other brand) "actinics" vs Phillips 03

I am wondering what spectral differences there are between the two. Are URI's bulbs centered at 420nm? Anyone know where one can still buy Phillips 03's these days?

all i can tell you is that URI's actinic's are centered at 420nm; phillips may be near impossible to find- funny considering they were the first to put the "actinic" out on the market designed for non-aquarium use.
