What's the best "simple" method to dose calcium?
I have a 20g reef and would like maintain calcium and alkilinity with minimum effort. I am now using Aragmight (powdered calcium carbonate) in my topoff water. What does everyone think?

I've never used Aragmight, can't comment on that. I have a small 10 gallon tank for critters kicked out of my 180. I use ESV B-ionic. Works well for small tanks. Doesn't need much.

For a tank your size... go with a 2 part additive such as b-ionic as mentioned.

Does that aragamite dissolve?
On the blackboard, a calcium carbonate additive would be the shizzle, ie a calcium reactor in a bottle. But I was under the impression that calcium carbonate doesn't really dissolve well. To answer the question, dosing 2-part, kalk dripping or a shot of calcium chloride all seems pretty easy, not to mention a calcium reactor which is a "set and forget" piece of equipment for many days/weeks.
