Apparently the owner likes to sue people who have negative things to say about them. I believe there were at least 5 lawsuits over a period of 2 years. Several people "settled" after spending thousands in fees. Pretty sad. Last I heard, the judge threw the cases out for those hardy souls who refused to settle.
