Euro-Reef ES8-1 or CS8-1, both rated for 135gal, both 20" tall.

I'd say go with a Euroreef, you won't regret it. They're better than anthing else for the price, and you can order a blemished model from h20tropicals.com for very cheap. You can read about them and reveiws in the ''Euroreef club'' thread. I'd say a ES 6-1 would work great, its 20'' tall. Even though its rated for 100 gallons, don't underestimate the power of these babies. If you e-mail h20tropicals you can get a price. Dont' quote me, but I'd say a ES 6-1 would be about $260. Its an important investment and many people including myself regret having bought any other skimmer, especially a lower quality one. Just my 2 cents. good luck. -Will

thanks willra, i'll check it out. For the new ones, it's like $450, that's too much.

Oh, ok. Yeah, $450 is pretty expensive. Just keep e-mailing Jeff back, he's nice and replies back quickly. A 6-1 is $340 new, but the blemished models are a lot cheaper, and definately worth it because they usually have just have some scratches or something and the customer service is good.

You might contact Geo at www.geosreef.com. He can build a custom skimmer. He does outstanding work.
