good customer service
Receantly I have started to set-up a 90 gal and had some defective equipment(125 super skimmer and aqueon water heater). So I called Central Aquatics which owns both brands and they replaced them with no questions and was going to send me return labels for the old equipment. Well I never recieved the return labels, so I emailed them and they told me if I didn't recieve them in 2 weeks don't worry about sending them back. So I will end up with a free super skimmer that needs only a new pump, that i can order for $40. So I wil have this up for trade soon.
