Surprise Surprise

Looks like this second endeavor into this hobby is going to be short lived.

I have a chance to do some motocross this year on others dimes and bike. After some discussing with the wife over the last few weeks with her initially saying she would rather me not do it, she just called me and said she knows I have a huge love for bikes and I should jump on the opportunity. I never thought anymore of it after our initial talks so it never entered my mind again and was content with our decision to stay in the hobby instead of playing in the dirt.

With that said, I will be selling everything yet again. The deal is going to take me away from home every weekend and 2-3 nights a week and Elizabeth does not feel she can handle the tank on her own with everything else on her plate. Seems like just a few short months (actually 2 years now) that I made a similar post.

Anyway, most who know me know what I have and know that I am pretty anal about my husbandry, although I am having a little hair algae flair up right now. With the exception of the tank itself, everything is brand new in the last 3 months or just purchased. I would like to get rid of everything as a whole/package if at all possible to avoid a long drawn out sale.

I will list the items in a separate thread in the next day or so. Just figured I would get the word out now for those looking to upgrade or downgrade.

Thanks for all the help each of you have provided to me in my return even if it was a short one.

Todd & Elizabeth

Thanks. I have some working out and getting in shape to do if I want to do any good. I got a little food happy since I stopped back in Sept. and especially over the holidays.

Part of the reason I will be gone 2-3 nights a week. Lose the gut and get in shape.

Clam? Don't have one, but if the package deal falls through you are more than welcome to the Onyx.

Thanks

Jeez Todd -

Will you make up your mind??? Good luck with the moto endeavor -

You can come by and look at my fish whenever you need a fix

Oh yeah - Does this mean the summer BBQ is off?

Tell me about it Geeez. I am worse than a bride making up her mind on wedding stuff.

The BBQ will still happen. No worries there.

If only there was a way to combine the two hobbies. Motoreef. Reefcross... When you're back let me know, I'm not far away. I'll hopefully be more available to help out next time.

Sorry to hear that you're leaving again.....

When you come back you know alot of us will be here to help out....

Doug Supreme was looking for a 120 about a week ago, maybe send him a PM about the entire setup first, if not, he might be game for the tank....

Obviously Bubba and Ricky are on another level from me and most pro's.

I have ridden since I was 5 years old. I am a much better road racer than dirt, but the dirt is the deal right now. See what happens.

McGrath owns....

I hadn't watched SX for a few years until NBC had it on last year. I couldn't believe Mike Larocco was still riding. He's an old man...

He's out now of course. He raced for a long long time. He did the Vegas Open this year though on a 2 stroke and won his class against the big ol 450 4 strokes.

I am coming off the 450 from last year. Looks like I will be doing another 450 this year or maybe going 250 2 stroke. See how it all pans out.

I road raced for years and years until my divorce in 97. I missed racing so I took up the dirt and have been having a blast.

Mladin and Spies are the top dogs now in that sport.
