Hot restrike lighting fixture

Ok here is the question. Does any company out there make a metal halide fixture that is hot restrikeable. (I.E. unplug it and plug it back in and the lamp turns back on). I am a lighting designer/ programmer, and most fixtures in my industry with a electronic ballast are hot restrikeable. Granted the lighting fixtures I deal with are in the $7000- $17000 range. If you have a electronic ballast it should not be that hard with the right lamp.

If they dont have it in the industry then I highly doubt it will be found in aquarium lighting technology.
