What is Euro-bracing?

tests as of 1/04/08 Ca>480ppm, I'm bringing it down dKH=9, ok PO4=0ppm, ideal 1/06/08 after a water change Ca= 480ppm, still a little high pH= 8.2, I'd like it at 8.3 NO3= 10ppm, acceptable |

Euro Bracing – Euro bracing is an approx. 3” wide strip of glass that runs all around the perimeter of the tank. It gives you complete & free access to the inside of your tank without any cross braces. This is also a favored option for those optimizing on the light penetration into their tank. This bracing can also be polished for a very refined look. In very large tank applications, euro bracing is tempered.

First, if the sump has enough baffles, it should provide more than enough support that a Euro would be worthless.
I don't think you can call Glass Cages eurobracing true... They use multiple pieces to brace the perimeter of a tank rather than using 1 piece cut to fit the top. Here's an example of what I'm talking about... I can understand it on a glass tank, but there is no excuse for an acrylic tank except CHEAP! Which goes right along with their service, just do a search here and you'll learn quick about their reputation. Here's a true Euro...
