Bloated PBT

I picked up a nice PBT on Monday and he was doing well although he looked a bit skinny. I notice today that he is now very bloated. I saw him grazing a bit the last few days but I don't think that he's just overeaten. Any ideas?

What was the specific gravity of the tank at the store versus your tank?

I didn't check, but LFS usually run a low SG and I have a reef. I did acclimate him for approx. 2 hrs. Dosen't matter anyway he checked out already. Never had a problem before and I just added a few small Gobies from the same LFS a few day prior to the PBT.
