question about running T5 actinics

i just put T5 actinics in my canopy, from what ive read from some people they have them on for 12-13 hours and the MHs on for only 3-4 hours, i'm currently running 2-175 watt MHs with the T5s

i have the T5 54 watt actinics, 2 bulbs

i have 150 watt halides so i run mine a little longer.

12 hour atinics
6 hour halide
12 hour refugium (opposite atinics)

yes thats kinda what i'm looking at,
right now i have them programed for :
12 hour actinics 2 -54 watt T5
5 hour 2- 175 MHs
and opposite lighting on refuge as well

one of the guys i talked to when i bought them he only runs his MHs for 2 hours, not sure what wattage they are ?
