salinity recommendations

I currently have mine at 1.025. Is this too high? There are so many contraindications to what it should be depending on the livetock.

It's fine at 1.025....I'd say that you can just leave it there or go to 1.026...1.027. But that's the range I'd stay in. No reason to change.

That is totally fine. The important thing is that you keep it stable, and not let the salitnity level swing to much. Aim for 1.026, but realize anywhere from 1.023-1.027 is well withiin acceptable levels. Don't worry and enjoy your tank.

I think it's fine too. The salinity of ocean water is not exactly the same in all reefs. Just make sure the hydrometer or refractometer is right.

1.026 is the best, Closest to the ocean is always the best range.

I agree with 1.026, but if you are using a hydrometer I would go 1.024 just in case it is off a little you won't be too high.
