MH 250w mogul bulbs

Oops!! you get what you pay for with ebay bulbs. I need a couple of 250's. I've used from 10K to 20K and have 2 96w pc's and 2 72" VHO super actinics. Clams in the tank have had good growth over the last year along with a branching anchor and some soft corals, mushrooms and polyps. The acro frags i've added don't seem to be doing much. Before I get things too out of wack I want to get my bulbs squared away. I'll spend the money on some good ones but what and where? I read the raves abut the geisman(?) 14.5K and the iwaski 14K but couldn't find them at foster&smith. I also dont know when to change actinc vho's. thanks for any advice.

I am also in the market for a 250 SE bulb. The best fit for my tank right now is the XM 10K. The PAR is up there with the best of the bulbs and the color is crisp white. I will be using an HQI ballast so my par should be really high. My corals will love it.

XM bulbs are rated to use on a m58 ballasts not an hqi.
