SoCal is a big place...

If you're close to the San Fernando Valley, hit up Vivid in Canoga Park.

Pretty sure Eye Candy is in Garden Grove. Beach and Lampson
Coral Oasis is in Irvine, close to OC airport.
Amazing Reef and Aquariums is in Orange on Tustin Ave. across from Home Depot
Fish Collection is in Placentia on Yorba Linda Blvd and Rose Dr.
OC Aquatic in HB on Brookhurst and Adams.
Tongs in in Fountain Valley on Magnolia and Warner.

Those are all pretty close to you and usually have a nice selection of sps frags and/or colonies.

i'm pretty sure those were dragon pipefish, Corythoichthys haematopterus. they generally do better in very large tanks with lots of liverock since they mostly eat pods, i haven't really heard of too many eating prepared foods. they are also suppose to be good for controlling red bugs.
