My 10g cube in the making

I have been planning a cube the past few days and have decided that i am going to do it 16"L by 16"W by 9"H and then have a corner overflow box cut 1.5inch deep on the teeth and have a 2.2 gallon refugium underneath were i will keep all the equipment aswell. i am goin to have it made and cut for me but i have no idea what sort of return pump to use or how to plumb it all together and what size pipeing etc. so i could really use some help on that side of the plan now. i am going to use a clamp on the back 150w metal halide for the tank

please help me
