We are having an issue of scam on ebay right now, and as we said we are avoiding any negative feedback or other BS, selling it here. We never said it was damaged, just dirtier than it appeared in those pictures. If you believe us or not, we really dont care. We know we are honest and dont have to explain this 10x to someone.

fish, check your email!

hey, a Sedra 3500 or equiv will do the job. Nothing else needed aside from any fittings for the pump to the cannister.

Are these "fittings" regular PVC or some special metric size?

looks like the skimmer needs a pump & the volute/air injector thingy. I would guess $100-150 to get a NW pump & volute thingy. Euroreef sells the pump for $98 by itself.......

Great skimmer but for what it would cost to get it up to working order, one can but a new one. They are $200 new

Thanks Viggen, for your assistance in this case. Shame the owner is unfamiliar with his own product.

P.S. I bid on it too on "that one auction site"....

Guys, I am not by any means claiming to know specifics on the skimmer. I bought it used off this board for $120, and never used it. After shipping I lose $40, oh well.

It is physically very similar to the RS80, which I am running with a 3500 and doing great. Thanks ivgon for your posts.
