Mtc Hsa 3000 ?????

Is anyone out there running this skimmer . If so how do you have it set. Water level ,Air adj. , performance of skimmer.
As of now I run the skimmer with a blue line 70 pump ,air full open and water level 10 inches from the square base. Any pros or cons to this .

I have this skimmer... Personally i find it to be a pain in the *** because im constantly adjusting it.
