t5 lights from the meeting raffle

I forget who won the t5 strip lights at the raffle, but I was looking for a little feedback on them. I am looking to add a dust/dawn mood on my tank, and dont a ton of space under the canopy, and thought those might do the trick..

They are 10k daylights. They might be to bright for dawn/dusk.

They are Nova 24" 14w 10k daylights slimpaq retrofit model #1102. I am just using them for under the tank for lights above the sump. I take it they are probably NO brian.
