Bad Very Bad
Just heard from UH_OH he's heading to Nina's. She has no power and about 4" of ice. She told him the horses are wet and refusing to come in. He's bringing a generator to try to give her heat. and get some food to her. She's holding up BUT.
She just does not need this right now I have a friend who is FD in her area and he's going to try to get someone out there but he is not to hopeful due to conditions and people in worse shape. I'll keep people posted as UH_OH gets back to me Praying things turn out ok

wow thats very nice of him
every one on this board is so friendly and its like a big family i hope he gets there safe and she is alright NINA i have a bedroom here its 80 deg come warm up for a few days best wishes to all be safe

I just spoke to Nina, she sounds fine, & has spoken to UH_OH & told/asked him not to make the drive in this weather.
She sees lights on less than a mile away & they're projecting her power back on in about a day, not 4. even though Gary's not there in the flesh, his 2 brothers & nana are right up the lane, as well as the lollipuppers right there with her, so she's not "that" alone I think tuffy might try to sneak in the house under the cover of darkness  neeners says thanks again to all the loungers for the good wishes

we are ok, sister has been without power all day. unfortunately for her, her inlaws have power so they are there.
mom was without for a few hours. apparently half of our "metropolitan" area is without power including my school. so who knows what will happen with that. it seems as though most are keeping civil so there have only been a few incidents.
