Does anyone know the email address to contact Koralia to maybe get a new one. Or can anyone tell me how to maybe get mine to work. It just stopped working. I cleaned it and still wont work. Thanks in advance.

No noise when plugged in. I took it apart and plugged it in and nothing happened. I contacted Hydor today and will wait to see what they say. Cant remember where I got this one. So cant contact them.

This email is from their technical support. Very good support and I did replace my Hydor from where I bought it.

Dear Danny,

You can check if the motor is damaged, outside of the water, connect
the plug of the motor and put the rotor inside the chamber impeller, if the
rotor doesn't
turn probably the bobbin can be damaged.
If it is,I confirm you that our products are covered by a warranty for 2
years, I advise to go to the shop to replace the product.

At your disposal for any further information
Best Regards

When I shut off the power and turn it back on, one of my Hydros does not start. I have to give the prop a little help (push) and it starts up. Don't use your finger!

Just one possibility.

I had a similar situation recently in which my Koralia #1 just stop working. I made sure the impeller was seated correctly, but no luck. When I contacted Koralia, I was told to send it to them with a letter stating what was wrong, my return address and if I would like a replacement.

In about 2 weeks from the time I sent the broken one off, I received a new Koralia #1 from Hydro USA. I also put a copy of my invoice in with the package as I had just bought it 2 months before.

The addres I sent it to was:
Hydor USA inc.
4147 Northgate Blvd, Suite 6,
Sacramento, CA 95834
USA
