It's what I use, works good. Right now I do 30 drops of each per day but I have a 24g tank and a lot of SPS corals. You will probably use less.

thanks man. well i just switch to a 24g aquapod. i will be dosing 3 drops too than. HOW U drop it??? the cap seem pretty big??? drops dont come out one by one

I saw you posted this on NR and agree with their advice, you really don't need something like this unless you get into SPS. Weekly water changes will help you replinish these elements more effectivly than dosing.

That said I hold the bottle upside down when I dose and the drops come out one at a time. Just don't squeeze the bottle or you'll have a stream come out.

Before buying that, i would make sure i have the correct testing equipment for it.
