Fresh Water Dip?

What is meant by Fresh Water Dip?

is this tap water, RO water or distilled water?

RO/di water or dechlorinated tap water. Make it the same temp as the tank. Dip for 2 mins nad shake off

Match temp, pH and Alkalinity. As an extra precaution you can add some iodine.
