Help with clam and nem.

Hey guys I made a mistake by letting my light get weak and not changing until now. I have a anemone on the move looking for more light. The problem is that the clam is on the sand right under the 150W MH and thats where the nem is heading. My question is if the nem stings him can the clam protect himself with his shell? The new bulb will be here on the 14th. Here are some pics.

Now he is almost touching him. He still moving

Yeah I moved him again and put up a eggcrate wall between him and the nem. I just hope he doesn't move over while I am at work

It looks like the nem was already stinging the mantle on that side the way its drawn up a little. Just try to keep the clam away from the nem if possible. That teardrop maxima looks nice.

if you buy a small plastic breeding trap and hang that on the side of the tank with the clam in it it should stop the nem coming in contact with him
