Current Prime 1/15 chiller & AP 24 ?'s

Just purchased a chiller for my AP 24 Hqi.

How & where are you setting up the pump & return for the chiller?
In the main tank & back to the main tank?
I already have 2 maxi 900 in the rear chambers for the returns to the tank. I think i am picking up to much air bubbles with this set up.
With only one pump on it is much better. Any ideas why?
