Looking for a Good Cheap Actinic

I would like to add some actinic(s) to my 54 gallon reef tank. It has one 175 watt MH and two 10 watt 20" Current T5 Slimpaqs with actinic bulbs. I got these at an LFS, they met my main requirement, which was cheap, but they don't make much of an impact. I've been thinking of adding PC's or T5's or something. Does anyone have a suggestion of a good inexpensive light?

I would like to spend less than $70, and less then $50 would be even better.

Also, it's going inside my canopy, so I think I have about 28" at the most, I could also do 2 individual lights, each less than 26" long.

I've been checking the selling/trading forums, but I think it would be better for me to figure out exactly what I want, and then look for it for sale, either used or new. That would be better than just buying something because it is a bargain and then being stuck with it.

Thanks!

All the lights I've used in the past were complete setups, what are the additonal expenses when you buy it all separately? reflectors, bulbs, sockets, etc.?
