what other food/vitamins/minerals should i be putting in my tank?

currently i feed my fish mysis (no longer brine) shrimp 3-5 times a week. sometimes i alter in formula1 & formula2 pellets. cycopeeze 2-3 times a week for the goniopora. and i also been adding phytoplankton 3 times a week.

what should i be feeding my tank and how often with the following occupants?

yellow watchman
dottyback
yellow tail damsel
powder blue tang
long nose butterfly
pair of clowns

condy anemone
bta

starfish
snails
hermits

zooanthids
goniopora (i know i know..was a gift)
red carnation (once again i know)
mushrooms
hammer coral
trumpet coral
monti cap
sinularia
frog spawn
pocillpora

edit: i also put in Nori sheets 3-5 a week for the pbt (the longnose seems to like it too)

I used cycopeeze along with Kent

Coral Vite
ChromaPlex
MicroVert
PhytoPlex
ZooPlex
PhytoMax

I don't add each one of these all the time. I have a schedule.

As long as you are doing regular water changes, you shouldn't need to dose anything other than Ca and alk buffers and maybe magnesium. There's a whole industry built around selling all kinds of crazy reef supplements, most of which are best-case useless and worst-case harmful.

I really like Reef Solution by Ecosystem as a vitamin and trace element supplement - I use it daily. Sort of a comprehensive formula.

I also use DT's and Argent's freeze dried Cyclop-eeze daily in a mix to feed everyone just before lights out. When I do this polyp extension is insane

As for frozen food I like Mysis, Blood Worms and Cyclops all mixed together twice a day.

The color of my fish is outstanding!

And for what it's worth; hyperfocal is correct. IF you do regular and frequent water changes there should be no need to supplement other then his observations. That's why I only use Reef Solution (I have an Ecosystem fuge) and nothing else.

I've been having really good luck recently with DT's Oyster Eggs.
My washed out looking Goni has gotten back to a nice deep red color.
Everything else seems to be benefiting as well but the Goni is looking great.
