Twist lock flange help

I'm working on finalizing the plans for my DIY skimmer, and I'm at the point where I need to send my CNC guy plans on what I want done.

The biggest problem I am having is figuring out how to draw the twist lock flange. I don't want to use the thumbscrew method, but rather the one with the ramps. Similar to the Deltec style.

Any good artists out there that can give me a hand?

Thanks,

Matt

That thread was extremely helpful, but the CNC Machinist needs drawings of what I'm looking for and I can't figure out how to accurately draw the ramps. The pics in that thread won't show up for me.

He or she is going to need more than just drawing. Also may need a different type of drawing for a particular machine. A basic dxf file of what your trying to achieve along with an explanation is usually enough. The machinist will convert this to code in order to cut. The code for twistlocks is easily modified to achieve the ramps.
You can download dolphin cad/cam and easily draw these. Make sure all your line segments are joined or it will not convert to the machine code without a whole bunch of work.
If your machinist is asking for a completed cam file then you will need to know alot more about his machine and tooling.
