Beginner! Have rose anemone, think it is dying.

Hello I'm very new to reef tanks had a friend who is knowledgable start it then he moved out. I have a rose anemone which i think is dying. I have it in a 29 gal. biocube oceanic, the basic lights it comes with. It used to be full now it is shriveled up, it seems to be losing alot of brown crap ( dont know if it is crap or zooxanthellae) it also hosts a black clown. Any help would be great to help it stay alive. I also have alot of coral i would like to save if it is dying.

What kind of lighting is it? There is a good chance it isn't getting enough if you are using pc's.

What kind of flow do you have? If it's attached to a small rock, maybe pick it out briefly and smell it. If it's smelling rotten...it's a problem.

Doesn't sound like sufficient light... even for a RBTA. Likely your problem.
