Multiple shrimp gobies?

Could I have multiple shrimp gobies in my 75 gallon reef tank? I currently have a yellow watchman and I wanted to add a yasha hase.

I have the same questions you do, and same tank setup too

I'll pile on here as well. I have a 120g and currently have one tiger-tail pistol shrimp and a red-banded hi-fin gobie. I'd like to put in another shimp/gobie pair (different species).

I have Been told that 2 gobys in my tank would be fine but 3 would be to many and they would get territorial and fight, i have a 20g long so you should be fine with 2 of 3 gobys in a larger tank. As always get a more experienced veteran to answer you for sure.

this is unrelated for anyone who cares to reply

i have a tiger pistol in my tank (no goby) and my 3 peppermint shrimp have all disappeared... i have seen online video of pistol snapping a cleaner then dragging him into his den (if havent seen it might search here on rc for the link - way kewl!)... has anyone ever experienced this before?

i also have a cleaner and fire shrimp in the tank and they are fine... for some reason it is only the peppermints that are disappearing

thanks and regards.

So then, can a pair of pistols and a pair of different gobies co-exist in the same tank?

how often are the gobies you have now out swimming around? what would you say is their territory range? is there enough space in your tank to say that the chances of your current goby noticing that a new goby was in the tank are remote? you should be able to add a couple to a 75g tank without a problem, i think. i have considered a pair of yasha gobies for my 40, so i think a bigger tank would only make it more plausible.

i've had a yellow watchman, a yasha, and a red banded goby all pair to the same randal's shrimp...

long story but basically the yellow watchman and yasha were missing, so i picked up the red banded.. the next day, i found the two other gobies in the filter compartment (NC) and then put them back in the tank...
