Arrow Live Rock and Live Sand FS

Alright, Im selling this stuff for my friend. His tank was overrun by hair algae 6 months ago, he tried everything, but finally gave up.
The tank has been in his garage running away since then. The lights were off but it recieved some natural light through the windows. It had a steady temp, and a fairly steady salinity level. But the rock and sand is definately not "pristine". There is still a little bit of coraline on a lot of the rocks. These rocks are far from dead, but they are definately not prime material. Treat them as uncured rock, and give them some time to grow back out. (they were originally ordered from premium aquatics). About 65 pounds.
the live sand has had the same treatment, but it should be pretty alive still (there may even be some snails, etc.) there should be 50-60 pounds of that at least. (the super fine crushed white type, i forget what its called, its almost a powder.).......

make me an offer on all or some of it.
i can ship.
