Zoa's - Lots of color

Just got a new camera and finally managed to figure out how to capture good images.. I have a massive collection of zoa color morphs.

I'd say you are correct on both accounts, you figured out your camera and you have nice zoa's.

Thanks for sharing.....

Thanks, as far as collecting goes, I'm more into colormorphs that I've never seen before as opposed to the fad color of the month. I think I have about every color combo of pink or purple you can imagine, just got some that I can't capture pictures of that I've cheesily named "GI joes" bright tan color with dark speckles and bright green skirts (guess GI joes and skirts is kinda don't ask - don't tell kinda thing LOL)
.
Holy crap, just about wasted my new camera...I have a history of trying to mix cameras with water and It's never worked out very well.
.
I sat my camera on the floor and was fiddling with skimmer, the pump tube came lose and started pumping water out of the sump and onto the floor, splashed the camera real good, I kicked the camera with my foot and slid it across the room, geez, another 6" and it would have gotten blasted with a wave of water
.
Here are the pics, the nuclear green one is simply amazing, it has to be the brightest, dayglow, neon green zoa I've ever seen, it's the first thing you notice in the fragtank from 10 feet away. I have a major frag project planned for today, gota chop up some white marble and make frag plates for the zoa's
I'll start another thread witht his project as it's going to be very unigue and as usual loaded with pics

This one was taken top down, seem like there is a major issue with red colors and trying to capture them in "true color" guessing that i'm going to have to sue some kind of filter or second light source

Awesome zoos max...I noticed in this pic that there is white stuff growing around the zoos. I have the same thing on one of my frags. Any ideas what it is?

Raven,

max can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe its a type of sponge. I have them on my zoos as well. I have been picking them off as they get bigger, but so far it doesn't seem to be affecting them.

On a related note are those hydroids in the picture with the zoos?
