Dear Mr. False Perc

Please stop hosing in my zoos. You'll look a whole lot nicer......

About 3-4 months ago I noticed that one of my clowns had all sorts of dark spots on him and I couldn't figure out why.
Thread on RC with pictues I had these fish for~2 years and no problems. So I ran out to my LFS to grab a 10 gallon and a small air driven filter to set of a QT tank.... $25 later QT set up and running.

A week later we spent the entire evening trying to catch both of them.... 2 hours later they are in the QT. For the first ~6 days they got a FW dip to address the unknown black spots. I keep observing them for 1 month. Black spots disappear over that time frame. No other fish have any issues or black spots. Clowns go back into the tank.

Fast forward 3 months.... black spots are gradually coming back, as before, no other fish shows any issues. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to deal with them due to business travel. Today, I'm finally at home today for a quiet Saturday afternoon..... Well the stereo is cranked, but that is quiet to me!

(please ignore hair algae, my finance tends to over feed in my absence)

and what do I see? Mr. False Perc laying on his side in the zoo's....

Sorry about the lousy pics, it was the best I could do. Every time I approched the tank to get a better pic, he swam away.

His choice host colony.....
