green star problems

I fragged my frog spawn about 3 weeks ago. I placed one of the frag close to a big colony of green star that i have had for two years. Now most of the green star is not opening up. Water params hve not change. Could the frog spawn be effecting the green star or not. The green star colony is pretty big and i would hate to lose it. Any help would be great.

Frogspawn does have sweeper tentacles if I am not mistaken. I think it is worth a try to move the frogspawn and place it around 3" away from any other corals, and see how that goes.

I have a nice colony of GSPs that are next to a kenya tree.... and they haven't been happy in a while. I am getting rid of the tree soon, and I hope that will make them happier. Similar situation, I think, just a different coral.
