Thumbs down for Midwest Squatics

Ordered some H&S sulfur from them over 2 weeks ago. Sent an email yesterday to see if it's shipped or what and got this response:

The order has not shipped yet. I'm out of town,
And my wife refuses to pack sulfur.

I will ship it this weekend.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Not exactly sparkling customer service.

Sorry, yes I did finally get it on Tuesday.

No-one tried to screw me or anything, but I was displeased that I had to inquire before finding out why the shipment was so late instead of the information being volunteered.
