Need help and info on Hatching Maroon clown eggs

I have a 10 gal setup with some of the water from the tank where my Clown fish spwan. The eggs is on a rock so I the added rock into the 10 gal with an airstone and a heater thats set to 81° I just need more on what to do. this is the first time doing this and i'm trying to save the eggs from the aggressive tank mates.
