Yes it is. Maybe a Male Carberryi Anthias (Nemanthias carberryi).

Yes it is a female anthias, they do need to be feed 2 to 3 times a day but I have a stay at home wife . They are also known to jump if you have other agressive fish.

I feed mine once a day, and there fat and healthy. i have a pair male and female.
