posting pics making jpeg smaller?

I need help on making a 600x480 resolution.Stay the size but small enough to post on my gallary?

I use photobucket, there is a resize button specifically for message boards.

That ^^^ is what I use. There is a microsoft power toy called microsoft power toy . Google "microsoft power toy image resizer" and it will give you a link. I used it before. It's ok.

You can also use MS Paint and it's Stretch/Skew option. Choose skew and use equal reductions for X and Y.
